Possibly the best advice I ever received

Although this advice was not given to me directly by the originator, but instead by a sales manager who was coaching me many years ago, it was possibly the best advice I ever received.

The original quote was by Jim Rohn, an extremely successful businessman, philosopher and philanthropist and most definitely a Rainmaker. Jim said: 'You become the average of the six people you spend the most time with'.

My sales manager translated this into: 'Bruce, you have two choices in life - you can fly with the eagles or play with the sparrows'.

Who you spend the most time with will have a significant impact on your business and personal success - so choose who you spend your time with wisely.
